The Information You Provide In purchasing from Aorta Sales Ltd you will be asked at various stages to provide us with information about yourself, and your financial details needed to process payment for the goods you order. This will predominantly take place over the telephone. The only information collated will be that to allow Aorta Sales to process your order. Financial details will not be stored by Aorta Sales following completion of a transaction. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. What We Use The Information For The information you provide to us is used so that you the customer can get the most out of Aorta Sales Ltd services and products: We also use your information to process your order; giving delivery details to our suppliers and processing payment through our secure banking facility.

By providing Aorta Sales Ltd. with your email and postal address you consent to receive communication from us about our latest products and special offers, which we think maybe of interest to you. The information may also be used to notify you of products and services of carefully selected third parties, which we think may be of interest to you.
REFUND / RETURNS POLICY For Non-Faulty GoodsIf you have changed your mind you must return the item to Aorta Sales Ltd unused and in its original condition within 7 days for a refund. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. All you pay for is the postage cost of returning the goods. For expensive items we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. Exceptions We regret that we cannot accept returns if the non-faulty product does not arrive at Aorta Sales in a resalable condition. In this case we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you and to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs. For Faulty Goods If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be verbally reported to Aorta Sales Ltd on 0845 330 7992 before 3.00pm the next working day following delivery, and also by email to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it within 3 days. When returning faulty items we may still ask you to return goods yourself. On receipt Aorta Sales Ltd will pay you a reasonable postage amount for the return of the product. We normally ask that goods are sent back via First Class Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery) but it may be necessary for us to arrange to collect certain items via a courier. Please obtain a proof of postage costs so we can reimburse you the full amount. If the postage costs are going to exceed £10 please contact u on 0845 330 7992 for further advice. Exceptions If the deadline for reporting parcels damaged during transit is not met we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods. Refunds Returns Address: CANCELLATION POLICY If you wish to cancel an order please contact our Customer Services Team on 0845 330 7992. If your goods have been despatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. DELIVERY POLICY Standard UK Delivery Delivery in the UK Mainland will be by Royal Mail at the appropriate cost for the weight and size of the package. Express UK Delivery (next day) Orders placed before 1pm will be available for express delivery by Royal Mail guaranteeing delivery for the next working day, at the appropriate cost for the weight and size of the package. ExceptionsThere are however a few exceptions to the standard delivery terms. These are: UK islands, e.g. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Jura, etc. Northern Ireland. Parts of the Scottish Highlands. Parts of Scotland. Many of our smaller products are dispatched via Royal Mail to the above areas and will still maintain the standard delivery status. If this is not the case then a member of our customer services team will contact you on an individual basis to quote. Some larger items may incur an extra delivery charge. If this is the case then a member of our customer services team will contact you to discuss the various options before the item is dispatched to you. Non Delivered GoodsIf you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item. We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
